Made for you, so all sales are final

Every Elemental crystal singing bowl is individually sourced, handcrafted, and tuned to order. Because each piece is one of a kind and made just for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds, including for a change of mind. Your order goes into production as soon as it's confirmed, so orders can't be canceled once placed.

If something goes wrong, we'll make it right

Every set is carefully packaged and ships in its own protective case. If your bowls arrive damaged, please contact us within 72hours of delivery at support@elementalbowls.com with clear photos of the damaged bowl and the original packaging.
Once we review your claim, we'll replace or exchange the damaged piece.
Claims reported after 72 hours can't be accepted, so please unpack and check your bowls as soon as they arrive.
