Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier or customs delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control
Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery confirmation
5. Returns & Refund Policy
All Elemental Crystal Bowls crystal singing bowls are custom made to order. As such, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason, including change of mind, buyer's remorse, or preference changes after purchase. By completing your order, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
This no-refund policy applies to:
All crystal singing bowls (custom handcrafted to order)
All wellness and complementary products
Change of mind or preference after purchase
Delays in shipping or delivery that are outside our control
Exception: Damaged Items Only
If your crystal singing bowl arrives damaged, you must contact us at support@elementalcrystalbowls.com within 48 hours of delivery. Your message must include clear photographs of both the damaged product and the original packaging. Claims submitted after 48 hours or without photographic evidence will not be eligible for resolution. All orders are fully insured and we will work with you to resolve verified damage claims.
